  1. Residence, curate and lecturer: I reside personally upon my Cure, and in my Parsonage House. I have no Curate resident nor any Lecturer.

  2. Other benefices: I have the Lectureship of the Town of Kingsbridge about five miles distant from my Parish.

  3. Divine service at other churches: I perform Divine Service in the Church of Kingsbridge once every Lord's Day, and once on the first Wednesday of every month.

  4. Frequency of divine service: Divine Service is performed in my Church twice on the Lord's Day, with a Sermon both in the morning and afternoon. Mr Morgan Schoolmaster of Kingsbridge assisting.

  5. Frequency of communion: The Sacrament of the Lords Supper is administred four times a year. The number of Communicants about Forty.

  6. Catechising of children: Always after Whitsuntide during the long Days.

  7. Church fabric: The Church and Chancel in good Repair. The Churchyard well kept and all <things> decent for Divine Service.

  8. Glebe terrier: No Terrier.

  9. Number of families: About Sixty.

  10. Chapels: No Chapel within the Parish.

  11. Papists, dissenters and meeting houses: No Papists in the Parish: nor any meeting Houses for Dissenting Congregations.

  12. School, alms-houses, hospital and charitable endowments: We have no Publick endowed School. But we have Two Schools without Endowment. One kept by a master who is duly licenced for teaching to write cypher &c. The other by a mistress for instructing Children to read & say their Catechism.

  13. Charity: We have Lands left for Charitable uses, by which the following Benefactions are secured and duly applied viz. Fifteen Shillings to the Rector or Preacher on Xtmas Day. Twenty five Shillings to the poor on the same Day. And Five Shillings every Quarter Day in Bread.
